Activity Request Form
To host an event on campus, your club or program must complete an Activity Request form at least two weeks prior to your event.
Step 1: Complete the form (by Wednesday at noon for approval that week)
Step 2: Bring the form to Ms. Giuliani, Budget Secretary, to process
Step 3: Ms. Guiliani will add your event to the weekly ASB meeting minutes for final approval.
Step 4: You will receive an email with info about whether or not your event was approved on the Friday of the week you submit your forms.
Do NOT begin publicizing your event until you receive approval.

#1: Add your event info to Tam’s Student Activities Website &
#2: Highlight your event in Dr. Clissold’s Weekly Email to families
For both of these options, fill out THIS form and Dr. Clissold will include info about your event in her weekly email AND we will add your event’s info to the Student Activities website and calendar
#3: Add a slide to the Tutorial Slides
Design your slide and submit it using THIS Google Form (Make sure you include WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, and WHY!)

#4: Promote your event on social media
Create content for social media and tag @tamhighleadership so they can share it out with the school community! If you don’t have a social media presence, email email@example.com to get your info to ASB!
#5: Promote your event in the Hawk Talk
To include info about your event in the upcoming Hawk Talk, email firstname.lastname@example.org!
#6: Put up posters around school
If you want ASB to create posters for your event, email email@example.com to get your info to ASB!
